Founded by Paulo Cesar Alves Rocha, LDCcomex provides Customs and Tax Consulting services with Integrated Solutions for the Foreign Trade sector, unifying Legislation, Operation and Information Technology areas.
Our main goal is to make our customers’ import and export operations more efficient and safe, in full compliance with any requirement of the Brazilian regulatory bodies, always seeking to reconcile the use of tax benefits, when applicable.
LDCcomex also managesoperates managing foreign trade operations, with extensive experience in customs modeling for business projects; implementation, control and closing of special customs regimes; Customs authorization for bonded areas in Private Terminals; and lastly, support of port operations in bonded terminals.
With our extensive knowledge in the Foreign Trade area, we have developed Foreign Trade Management Systems to meet the needs imposed by the current Customs and Tax Legislation.

PAULO CESAR ALVES ROCHA
Graduated in Industrial Engineering at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Mr. Paulo Cesar Alves Rocha holds an Executive Master’s degree in Transport and a Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering from the Coordination of Postgraduate Engineering Courses (Coope) at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), as well as a Master’s Degree in Economics and International Finance from University of Barcelona.
Being himself a former Tax Auditor of the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil, Mr. Paulo Cesar Alves Rocha served in the agency in several positions. From 1986 until his retirement, he was a member of the Special Assignments Group, also working in the Customs Control Division of the 7th Fiscal Region, where he carried out several works in the areas of goods consolidation, customs valuation and authorizations for bonded areas of public use.
